Systems of Yoga that I teach...

Hatha και Flow Hatha
Hatha Yoga is the the traditional gender of Yoga. Hatha is the basis of all Yoga systems that exist and is the most suitable for learning the basic principles and techniques of Yoga that will cultivate awareness and self-control. It is taught pose to pose in contrast to Flow Hatha in which, poses are taught in a sequence.
Both practices consist of traditional poses (asana) that contribute to the static strengthening of muscles, healing stretches, breathing techniques, mind concentration and relaxation. Poses are done with a gentle intensity, slowly, gradually and with attention on self-control. Hatha Yoga and Flow hatha yoga improve the health of the body and especially the Nervous, Hormonal, Immune, Respiratory and Cardiovascular systems.

Chantra Vinyasa Yoga
Chantra Vinyasa Yoga is the Yoga of the Moon, unlike all other systems that address the sun, here our Salutations and Vinyasa addresses the Moon, dedicating the whole lesson to the Moon.
It's a very special lesson, since in order to get all the benefits of this Vinyasa, it must be either Full Moon or New Moon.

Vinyasa Yoga (Modern)
Vinyasa Yoga (modern) is called the yoga system that synchronizes movement with breathing, this system is sometimes also called Yoga flow, due to the smooth way the poses (asana) are performed , sometimes is so smooth, that it looks like a dance. Breathing is also an important element because while we move from one pose to the next, we inhale and exhale.
Vinyasa literally translates from Sanskrit as the union between breathing (Pranayama) and posing (asana). It helps build a healthy and strong body as at the same time contributes to having a healthy spirit, and a positive and cheerful mood.

Vinyasa Krama Yoga (Krishnamacharya's sequence)
Vinyasa Krama Yoga (Krishnamacharya's sequence):
Krishnamacharya is considered the father of modern Vinyasa Yoga, his students were Pattabhi Jois creator of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, B.K.S. Iyengar, creator of the Iyengar Yoga system, Indra Devi, the first lady of Yoga, while the creator of Viniyoga, Desikachar, is his son.
Krishnamacharya was the first to bring movement and flow to Hatha's static poses, and influenced the whole world. Vinyasa Krama Yoga is the most ancient Vinyasa system, as taught by Krishnamacharya.

Therapy Vinyasa yoga
Therapy Vinyasa Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga based on a milder series of poses.
It has a more healing character, with poses that are more focus on strengthening the muscles that support the spine and the injured areas and at the same time with the healing stretches provides a natural relief.
This class is ideal for Spine injuries, lower back pain, and neck pain.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, means "the yoga of the eight limbs". The creator of Ashtanga is Pattabhi Jois, one of the most well known students of Krishnamacharya.
Ashtanga aims to purify the mind and body through ethics, self-purification and self-study, exercise, breathing techniques, concentration, meditation and meditation.
This dynamic yoga offers intense exercise, balance and flexibility through a natural series of postures and breaths. It is a highly active exercise whose therapeutic effects detoxify and align the body.
It oxygenates the blood, helping the circulation and provides the brain with more blood , maximizing clear thinking and creativity.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga offers many of the same benefits and enjoyments of regular yoga, but it also has some additional benefits as well:
Greater Flexibility. Since you have more freedom of movement, you can move your body into new positions. In some cases, this can result in a deeper and more fulfilling stretch than traditional yoga offers.
Better Focus. By putting yourself in a more challenging situation than usual, aerial yoga forces you to be more alert and aware of your surroundings. You will likely also try to concentrate harder because you’re not used to being suspended in the air during your yoga practice.
Strengthened Muscles. Because gravity is working harder on your body than usual, your muscles work harder too. Aerial yoga is also a great core workout because you have to engage your core muscles to balance and stabilize yourself during your yoga session.
Stress-Relief. Much like traditional yoga, aerial yoga is great for stress relief. Not only do you use poses and stretches common to other forms of yoga to relieve stress, but you also experience the joy of knowing that you did something new and exciting, which makes you feel good.
