Hi everyone!

It's time for a Gentle Yoga Therapy (Vinyasa) Class. I think we all need it! It's a gentle Vinyasa especially for the spine and the lower back pain.

It's really up to you, how deep you are going to go into the poses...

So go as far as you can, as far as you feel comfortable, listen to your body, and just enjoy it!
