Easy Hatha Yoga Flow Class

Welcome to my channel, I am Anastasia Baliakou, a Certified Master Yoga Teacher From Yoga Alliance International of India. In this Video, we are doing a Hatha Yoga Flow Class.

It's an easy flow with basic poses, but this does not mean that it's not a strong class!

It's really up to you, how deep you are going to go into the poses...😉

Go as far as you can, as far as you feel comfortable, listen to your body, and just enjoy it! 😋
