Good Morning Everyone!!!!
A great way to start our Day and a great way to start our Year!!!
In this video we are doing an Easy Hatha Flow Yoga class, especially made for early in the morning. Studies suggest that doing yoga, every morning, can relieve anxiety, fill you with energy, and make you stronger and flexible.
Also taking the time to loosen up our joints each morning does wonders for their health and longevity.
As always, go as far as you can, as far as you feel comfortable, listen to your body, and just enjoy it! 😋
