Hi everyone!
Greetings from beautiful Cyprus!
Today we will do a Sequence of poses lying down on our mat, on our belly :)
Back bending Poses help in building strong, healthy back muscles, as well as they improve spinal movement and alignment, providing flexibility of your spine.
In order to move deeper into backbends requires both energy, strength and flexibility, so I advise you to take easy at first... Don't forget go as far as you can, we don't want you to feel pain, just an intense stretch.
